What was the highlight of Scandic Sydhavnen
Good value for money at a good location
The room was okay. The bathroom had not been used in a while but everything was still in good condition. The services as well as the breakfast are really good.
The bed was a bit soft and it was a twin double bed and I prefer queen size or king size beds with one mattress.

Definitely not a 4* hotel
Free parking
Rooms need renovating, bathrooms are basic, mold on the bathroom ceiling. Overwhelmed and unprepared front desk personnel. We travelled with our dog and had to show the receptionist on our phone that, in the hotel description on Booking, it is stated that animals are accepted. Also we had to ask about breakfast hours and internet. Definitely did not feel welcome.

Great option if you're looking for a decent hotel on a budget.
Very comfortable hotel, better than expected if on a budget. Good, helpful staff and great options for food and drinks within the hotel. A short walk from the train station.
The room was a little basic, and the location isn't in the city centre, but both of these were expected when I booked.

Very Good
Breakfast was excellent, also sauna.
You can hear your upstairs neighbours walking because of the wooden floors. No bedside tables.
